What’s Up, Alaska?!: Roots of Resilience conference in Fairbanks

Roots of Resilience, Fairbanks Wellness Coalition’s fifth annual Resiliency Conference, is a free event featuring local experts, community leaders and dynamic presenters covering topics such as purpose, self-care, mindfulness, self-awareness and positive relationships.

The Resiliency Conference is for anyone interested in cultivating the roots of resilience in our community. This includes people with a personal or professional interest in behavioral health, parents, prevention specialists, law enforcement, teachers, people in recovery, youth and more.
