Shaylyn Goard, a seasoned artist based in Anchorage, wears many hats. Her portfolio includes acting, singing, dancing, modeling and entrepreneurship. With a background in musical theater and dance, as well as experience working on tours, in theme parks, on cruises and in regional theaters.
Since relocating to Alaska in 2020, she has participated in productions with Anchorage Community Theatre, Cyrano’s Theatre Company, TBA Theatre and Alaska Theatre of Youth. Shaylyn’s been awarded the NATS Advanced Artists Musical Theatre competition and Broadway World’s Best Supporting Performer in a Musical. Dedicated to both her craft and community, Shaylyn’s upcoming project is directing “Mean Girls, Jr” the musical with Alaska Theatre of Youth.
